Some relative told me, his grand aunt, which lived on Kuckuck, told him, that she had seen the bombers over Hydrierwerk. May be one part of the farm existed in war time.

Is anyone visiting the Stettin Archive and can take a look into the land registry?

Air photos deny any existence of the farm in 1944, but the air strike could be seen earlier, before'44.
And there's one more explanation- maybe nazi government refund the confiscated farm in other place? Is it possible?

I dont know, who was the owner of the land before Hydrierwerk was build.
May be the land was taken bei force or payment.
All this is written in "Flurbuch" (=terrier) -> land regitry.

Was the farm the family's property or the state of germany and members of the family only worked there?

House owner and land owner can be different.

I checked the right side. On the left side of the road is (description of "Luke")

The house was on the old road-Jasenitz Politz. With photo (postcard) that have to be close to trees. In the picture you can not see the house.
